budget spotting scope for the range ... thoughts on this crappy tire special?

I have one, and it's OK for use within 100m. You can use it out to 200m for .30 cal holes, but I find that it can be difficult to spot them sometimes.

i have this spotting scope, use it everytime i go to the range....its a cheap spotting scope that will do just what i need it to do...see the holes at 200 yds

I ended up picking up this scope today.
They're on sale again at Crappy Tire for $39.99 -- for that price, it was a no-brainer.
I tried it in-store. - I'm satisfied. Thanks all.
