Buffdog Health alert!

Buffdog was here this morning and smellie gave him a tub of stew and another of ribs.
Now smellie was up to the early hours making the stuff. I love spicy foods and I have noticed that my chilli peppers are down a fair bit.

I am scared that Buffdogs constitution may not survive a dose of those peppers!

After all I would not like to see the guy get indigestion from Smellis stew on his BIRTHDAY.
He is after all wayyyy past three score and ten.

If you guys notice his writing getting incoherent please send me a note and I will call 911 for him.

You do Know that when one of these "OLD GUYS" has another BIRTHDAY it is time for concern.

Now, Jan, that's not really fair; I did the ribs in a Ginger sauce, tried them myslf.

I survived.

I'm not quite sure how, but I did.

Of course, Buffdog is 'WAY older than me........

Now Jan that isn't fair!!!! I'm sitting here on a construction site SUPER hungry and now all I can think about is Ummmmmm delicious spicy stew and ribs ummmmmmm.

Well, Guys, I thank you for your best wishes, and also your concerns. However, I have survived SMELLIE for quite a few years now, including some of his Chili and also a few good Christmas and Thanksgiving dinners, so the prospects look pretty good on this one.

I took Max along with me for a visit today, and kind of kept him under control. Next time, though, Jan, I will let him loose in the living room. (Max is a 100 pound Labrador Retriever, very friendly, with a tail the size and consistency of a baseball bat.)

Since Jan seems determined to "let the cat out of the bag regarding my age," the next time she sides up to me at a Gun Show, bats her eyelashes, and says, "There is a nice old gun over on that table in the corner --- could you lend me some money so I can buy it?", then the Bank might be closed. Warning, Jan! If you mention my weight on this Forum, I will definitely Foreclose on the last Dauphin Show purchase.

Seriously, thanks to everyone for the Birthday Wishes.

I was with him at a gunshow last weekend. He picked up a cg63 target rifle and went over it to show me the markings. He is SHARP AS A TACK that's for sure!!
