Posting here in the black rifle section as this may be more suitable then the 762x39/red rifle thread
Not sure if anyone is going to understand this or not. I'm looking for an aluminium or steel block that has the inner diameter threads to install a ar style buffer tube into that has bolt holes or some way of fastening it to a modified wood stock. I was given a cut up russian wood stock that i'd like to monkey around with and potentially install an adjustable ar style stock on it. Or even a block that has a picatinny rail vertically on the back that i can put one of the buffer tube adapter plates onto and then tread a butter tube into that maybe? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
