Build a WK180C or buy new one?

Honestly I agree the MCR is the safer bet QC wise. Assuming KD has got it's life together then the MCR is not.

If you're ever in need of a forward assist it is quicker to cycle the action than to conduct a FA. The only real reason we sometimes don't like it is because we end up throwing 50c on the floor.
 
I'm waiting for the developments and improvements to come in the alternatives that are being built and innovated on. When the time is right, I think I will end up building, but I'm happy to see where things are going.

IIRC WK180C has a notoriously bad trigger; did they decide to swap that out with a different trigger or still the same?
