As I continue to improve my cheap a@# kind of custom hunting rig would like some input on barrel fluting. What is a realistic expectation for weight loss? This is a 19" heavy profile barrel. Does fluting affect accuracy on lower quality button rifles barrels? Not looking for benchrest accuracy here but need to keep around 1 moa. Also what is a good cure barrel coppering? Shoot it more or fire lap it? Th ks
