Scott did you recently become a dealer here??
Funny how you would be the first person to throw that out there. It's almost like you were saying that so someone else would read it and perhaps ask for the dealer fee???
But then again you always have had that type of personality haven't you. If you have to pay then everyone else better pay!!! But if you ever found away around paying then you tell no one about it, find a way to charge everyone for it, and claim to be the only one in Canada with it!!!!!
So just to clear the air, even though it would be funny to let you continue thinking that this is someone who it is not, this is not the person that you have mistaken it to be. You must not have looked at the profile to well? But i defiantly know who you are talking about simply because there are few people around this particular area with these rifles. I though i read on here somewhere that you are not supposed to use people's names though???
For another thing I'm NOT a dealer. Not everyone on here is looking to make a buck. I simply have an HS50 rifle that i am building my own brake for and was willing to make one for someone else who was willing in return to help me test it out.
The 360 degree ported brake has been relentlessly proven to be one of the most accurate if not the most accurate brake designs out there. So i would like to test one out and see what i think of it.
I may even get the chance to compare it to your brake to if the guy you mentioned earlier buys one of your brakes like he keeps talking about all the time.
I don't have a dislike for you, Actually you keep things quite interesting on here. it seems like for every person on here that really likes your work there is someone on here who equally dislikes it. But that is just one of the down falls of being a dealer i guess, you'll never please everyone.
I do find it funny when you talk about the high cost of the 50BMG though. Most people buy there reloading components for about half the price that you sell them for. But the fact remains that this is probably not a big sale item for you and you are in business to make money not give stuff away. Cant fault you for trying to make a living.
it seems as though you have a real tendency to run down anything that you don't sell. Just because you can make a substantially higher markup on the rifles you build compared to the STEYR does not mean it is crap like you always make it out to be!!!!! I would be willing to bet that if you were the only one in CANADA selling the STEYR and could add on a huge markup the STEYR would suddenly become the best rifle money can buy!!!
You can tell everyone all day long that you don't like a particular rifle just do to personal preference or due to a few minor detail's that you fabricate into big draw backs, but the truth is that it all comes down to money!!!!
If you cant make money you don't sell it. The fact still remains that you are the worst person for running down every product that you don't have and speaking highly of everything that you do have warranted or not!!! That is just the type of person that you are.
But you sure keep things interesting on here, you also have some very valid points and are by no means a dummy. It does however get old listening to you continuously knock almost everything that you don't sell and hearing about how everything that you have is so amazing!!!
I'm sure there are going to be some people jump all over me for this post and i'm sure there are going to be more than a few that could not agree with me more.
So i'm going to post it and than I'm going to give someone a call who's name was mentioned earlier and apologize for pulling them into this mess and hope that i did not tarnish there name to badly with ATRS because from what i understand he has been and would like to continue to be a customer there. Sorry!!!!!
