This is a video documenting my first M14 (M25) build. Different people have different methods of getting the same job done. This video demonstrates how a hobbyist with minimal equipment can go about building their own M14 in their garage. I may have missed a small thing or two, but these are the basics.

Thanks, folks! I had been wanting to build my own for quite a while. I've read enough in the past and I knew what was involved, but no amount of reading can substitute the real thing. I had planned for my first build to be supervised by an experienced builder, but it just never happened. A local member had offered but he travels a lot and I'm quite busy myself, so I finally decided to build my own on my time with my tools. I learned so much from this experience; things people take for granted and never think to tell you about that aren't documented in any threads.

I will change things around a little on my next build. I'd like to say thanks to my supporters too! It's appreciated! You guys are a great bunch up here and I enjoy my time visiting/
