Building AR-15 or just Buy Norinco M4?

Went to Epps today and bought myself a Norinco, I had the cash with me expecting to buy a better name but I didnt feel 600 dollars was really worth the name. The only thing I want is a different lower for the gun.

Great little rifle. Epps also has 500 round packs for 225$ (I think).
