Built A New Reloading Bench Last Night

I sketched out a rough design for a bench trying to use the scraps of plywood that I have had laying around for ages.
I spent a few hours on it last night and am pleased with the end results.
Total cost around $40.00 for the 20" x 48" pine shelf that I used for a top and a tube of PL400 glue.

There is room to the left of the Lee press for the Dillon that should arrive next week

Good job, that will do the trick. Are you planning on painting or varnishing it?

I finished the top with Varathane, I probably wont bother painting the rest of it.

Looks good, I really like the pine top. That finishes it up nicely.
The only concern I would have is the lack of a 2x4 brace along
the front lip, where the presses mount. Over time, the flexing
might bother you.
I love the "Pixar" light. Nice having light right where you need it.

Along the same lines, my concern would be the laminations letting go. Is that a sheet of plywood underneath? Then never mind. Looks good - congratulations.

be sure to pour some powder on the top and burn it, no bench is complete without a powder burn or two lol.
