American eagle, 1000 bulk pack so far I had 4 not fire and I'm not through my 3rd box, about half left. 2 of them fired when I tried again, 2 didn't, 2 different rifles. Anybody else getting so many crappy bullets?

I don't know what type if rifle you're shooting them in but my CZ varmint rifle won't ignite them consistently either.

It's not the fault of the rifle or the ammo. They are both built for different purposes.

Your rifles, like mine, have light triggers and light firing pin springs, therefore giving light primer strikes.

The AE ammunition you have, has thick primer jackets and needs to be fed through semi auto rifles like the Mini 14 or one of the AR platforms.

If you insist on shooting it, you may want to contact Wolf Springs in the US and get a spring kit for your bolt. Either that or trade it for different ammo.

I thought all 223 was the same. 2 of the rounds I fed in ultimate times thinking it wasn't hit hard enough I thought that should have worked it I now see what you mean by primer thickness

I have seen this happened at the range, the guy next to me was using a CZ 858 in .223, he had issue with every 2/3 rounds. I was shooting the same bulk ammo with my AR, no problem with my bulk pack? I was chating with this guy during target change, we figured that if you hold onto your banana mag while shooting, it will move the mag a little during recoil, then the fire pin would strike the bullet (But not enough force), the mark on the primer is very shallow, he tried shooting again without holding onto the mag, issue seems to be resolved? This is what I saw at the range. Since I don't own a CZ, I can't comment on the gun itself.
