Now to make you all cry... I walked into Hummisons (spelling) maybe 10 years ago, and they had about 10 boxes of Hornaday .223 55gn FMJ (990 per box) on the shelf. I asked, how much per box and he mentioned they'd be around for years, and they were trying to get rid of them..... $40 a box!

Yes, I bought them all. ;o)
