Try Walmart. They have cheap Winchester .223rem. pack of 40 for $25 or $30. Not sure if the brass is good for reloading though. I've never bought it, just saw it there.

40 rounds for $25 isn't cheap....LeBaron - Dundas store - Winchester .223 - box of 20 - 55 grain - $7.94 each - go get em tiger!!!

If you are talking bullets, as in componants, I would go to reloader.ca He is advertising Hornady 55gr fmj with cannelure bullets for $139/k. I believe he is in Waterloo. I think he is online only, but you may be able to arrange pick up and save shipping costs. As was also mentioned Higginson is also good to deal with. When buying componants, especially bullets it's best to go local if possible, because shipping charges can soon eat up any deals you get online
