Same here...
I'm west of Toronto and up until 4 months ago there was lots around.
Within the last 4 months...poooof....sold out everywhere????
I talked to the sports manager at Crappy Tire about it and he was puzzled too?
All he said was "We can't keep it in the store. As soon as a shipment comes in it's sold out within days."

A little late and a wee bit out of your way, but the Co-op in my home town in Eastern Sask. had 500's of Western .22 HP for 14.97. I bought 10,000. Should have bought more. I've fired about 1500 or more in my unaltered 10/22 stainless. Maybe 5 duds. Lots of gophers xx'd.
