Bulk 7.62x39 prices [February 2, 2014]

Barnaul is steel core unfortunately, the shooting edge in calgary cut one open to confirm. I'm still to find a reasonable price non corrosive/non steel core.
The Barnaul 7.62x39 that I bought from WWS, P&D and Thorsby Guns is definately NOT steel core. It has a zinc plated steel case, brass coated steel jacket and LEAD core.

Tried ordering 2 crates from Budget Shooter Supply, but the "free shipping" definitely wasn't free.

Yeah, had the same thing happen. Looks like it is mostly large urban centers in the west. Too bad, as I was looking at picking up 2-3 crates last month. Ended up going with a more expensive up-front price, but the actual free shipping made it the smarter option. Other than that, I had a very pleasant buying experience with Henry and would deal with him again for other items, just not ammo.

Good list. Just wondering if the surplus non-corrosive rounds shown at "military things" are actually non-corrosive? Does anyone have proof one way or the other? Otherwise cool list and thanks for your time.

It's nice to see someone take the time and sort this out. A real pain always trying to go back and fourth for ammo prices. Any thoughts on doing 7.62x51 and maybe 7.62x54
