They have 250 rd pks of remanufactured surplus which looks like the best deal right now. Some have said that it's "hot" stuff and suggest disassembling it and reducing the powder charge. I do not know if this is true as I have not yet tried it. YMMV
 
If it's Yugo ammo from 1950's than it's fine to be fired through things like a K98. Not sure about semi auto's but I've fired hundreds through BA's and it works great.
 
Then remanufactured stuff is hit and miss. I have fired about 50 rounds of it and had 2 flattened primers and 1 split case but the rest were all perfectly fine.

Thats what I do.. 41 gr. seems to be tighter groups then 40 gr.
I haven't gone with a higher or lower charge..
Every round from the box is over 41 gr.and they vary
