Bulk 9mm and .45acp Bullets

I've been looking for a source of 1000 of each type of bullet, I was wondering if anyone can recommend a bullet for each that makes a nice round hole in the target instead of the usual ragged fmj. I would prefer not to use lead bullets, so plated or jacketed bullets would be great. Does anyone know where I can get them online for a good price? I was looking on Marstars website at Frontier CMJ bullets in 124 grain flat point, and 200 grain flat point. Will these feed in a 92FS or 1911? Thanks in advance!

Great bullets, no exposed lead and decent prices. I use Frontier bullets in 124gr. FP (9mm), 180gr. FP (.40S&W) and 200gr. FP & 230gr. FMJ (.45GAP) in all my bulk pistol rounds and their performance is excellent.

Great, they have both in stock. Can anyone suggest a good powder that will work with each bullet and also work with my pro autodisk measure? The range store supplies IMR, Hodgdon, Reloader, etc. Thanks for any advice you have, I have the deluxe Lee carbide 4 die set and a 4 die Classic turret press. This site is great for info!

Good loads:

6.5gr. HS-6 under a 124gr. FP
4.5gr. Titegroup under a 180gr. FP
4.6gr. Titegroup under a 200gr. FP (.45GAP)
6.2gr. Longshot under a 230gr. FMJ (.45GAP)

Definately Titegroup, the most versatile pistol powder I have on hand, I'm using it in 9, 40, 45, 38 and more

I like WST with the Frontier 45 200 gr. copper plated flat point. 4.8 to 5.0 grains. Super clean.

I use W231 or HP-38 (same powder) in my Lee (I use the charge bar) for 9mm, .45 and .38spl it will drop 3.95 to 4.05 on a 4gr charge on 9mm.
