For most of my rifle reloading, its Winchester. Best quality, most consistent of the mainstream manufacturers. Hornady is good, but seems to be a little harder to source in my neck of the woods.
For precision shooting, Lapua is the way to go, but it is very pricey and I almost cry if I ruin a case or have to discard one!
For pistol shooting, I use mostly winchester, but in reality, for most pistol shooting you really don't have to be too picky to get good results. I used to go the anal competitive route and weigh all my cases, seperate them by weight, deburr/uniform primer pockets, trim to uniform length, and make sure I made up my lots using the same manufacturer. For paper punching I didn't see any appreciable performance increase after doing all this prep work, than if I simply used whatever cases that came to hand. I rarely, trim pistol cases anymore and don't bother deburring flash holes, etc...it isn't necessary for most shooting needs. Just my $0.02
