Higginson's hasn't had cheap bulk canister powder for a couple of years, although they do have lots to choose from.
As mentioned, CanadaAmmo is out but Henry has Dominion 700
When they have stock, Canada Ammo carries D700 and D800 pistol/shotgun powder and D4198 and D4064SSC rifle powders, but they are not canister grade, they are OEM.
So-called no name powder is just not worth it. Even in bulk. Finding similar loading data to use is difficult at best. Plus the bulk powder is just not cheap enough to go to all that extra effort.
Visit Lawry's in Caledonia and buy name brand powder that all the major reloading companies use for receipes. Want to economize? Buy the 8 pound kegs or split with a buddy. I have never found off-market powder to be worth it, plus it's almost alway NOT fast burning powder. Fast burning powder is economical for pistol loading. Slower powder not so much......
