They are as much a bullet proof vests as a chunk of metal is a piece of body armor, if we get this in, it is just scrap fabric that we are selling. If I remember right, Olympic Stadium had its roof made from kevlar.

...so is my canoe...not "bullet proof, or resistant" btw. It is the structure of a vest that gives Kevlar is magical bullet reflection properties.
