Bull elk / rifle / cartridge / bullet

Not convinced it amounts to much. It would have been mentioned/told of by now.

People generally don't avoid questions that they have good answers for lol. He's entirely full of schidt often enough anyway.

what personal experience of your's would say otherwise ?????

76'er ... I'm right and you know it

Spruster, you didn't realize it yet. That's what Joel and pathfinder76 do . They don't wanna learn or teach, they want to argue and have the last word.
I've seen it in many threads already.

Arguing? On an internet forum? Say it ain't so. And I suppose everyone that I argued with was innocently minding their own business and not giving me a hard time either? :)

Just wait til you disagree with Spruster and the threatening PMs and lies about you start lol.

You save my pictures? I'm flattered! Post it :) Btw, "you have a messy kitchen" is like the ###est thing I've ever heard. Not that theres anything wrong with that.

Still waiting to hear what you found out about me after those times you were saying that you were close to finding it all out and the weird private messages hahaha

Lol " ...does it hurt when I press here?"
Joel...you busting mangina's again? You do it with Panache...I'll give you that.

LMAO apparently?

Thank you :)

I'll remember in the future to not say stuff like "you can only count on brain and spine disruption to drop big animals" and to keep my kitchen neater lest anyone think I am being argumentative or a joke lol

I've done it with a .270 Win on the low end, loaded with a 150gr Partition. Did a pretty convincing job of it. I've not considered trying my .257 Weatherby for the task, simply because I've got plenty of other tools for the job. Back in the day, that .270 was all I had. Would the wee 'Bee work? Probably, especially with a bullet intended to penetrate. Would it be my first choice? Nah, I'd grab a big 7 or .300 first (and probably second too, if I was bringing two rifles). Those have always worked excellent for me on large cervids at any range. I don't think I've ever used anything larger either, but I'm young enough that controlled expansion bullets have pretty much always been available and have always been my choice for large game.
