If it were just deer, I'd say any 150 gr ammo will do the trick quite nicely. Fusion is an excellent choice, and very decently priced, too!
However, if you're including moose...
Step up to the premium stuff in the 180 gr range, such as Nosler, Barnes, etc., offered by most of the major manufacturers. Although I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stick with the Fusion 180s for moose.
That said...
I'm using Federal Premium 300 WM 130 gr. Barnes TTSX. The one bull elk I've taken so far with it never knew what hit him. Pretty much DRT.
3600 fps at the muzzle! And a veritable laser out to 300 yds.
And it definitely takes the bite out of the recoil that's standard in the 300 WM with 165, 180 and 200 gr. bullets.
Pricey as hell though! But then again, I generally only use one of 'em at time.
