I have 215 gr bullets for my 41 rem mag and have been loading them with 7 gr 700X. I am thinking of trying them with H110 but am worried about leading. Does anyone have experience pushing these bullets faster?

Bullet diameter won't make much difference when it comes to leading in my experience. You need to be more aware of the Brinnell hardness of the material the bullet is cast from and of course, maybe even more important the luburicant in the grooves and whether or not there is a gas check.

It's to bad the BB doesn't offer powder coated bullets.

By the way, the owner of Bullet Barn is going through a battle with Cancer. Not sure which type but none of them are good. If you place an order be sure to wish them well and give them your blessing.

with 0.002 over bore i try them full speed, check the bore every 5-10 shots for possible leading. In my experience the sizing is more important vs hardness and lube (up to a point of course)

what's your experience with bevel base bullets and gas cutting?

The bevel base bullet molds i have are powder coat only bullets so none. I do how ever run some of my gas check bullets without a gas check and ben's red lube and still no leading (357mag, 500mag). both using wheel weight mixed 50/50 with pure lead at or near full power loads. I don't get to shoot my 30 cal and up rifles to much so i can't comment on that. I have recently tried 50 rounds of 223 (62gr) powder coated with no gas check in my 10.5" ar15 and didn't see any leading but it was only 50 rounds.

what's your experience with bevel base bullets and gas cutting?

In 45colt i got higher velocity before it started leading using a flat base bullet than with bevel base. I can't say with authority that was due to the different base styles or something else.
