I'm about to start reloading some .308's for my M14s.
I'm looking for some 150gr - 155gr bullets. Is there a bullet you guys would recommend that is good quality and inexpensive.

What do you guys use?

I would go with the Winchester 147gr FMJ but read they are crap-tacular :D

Any have experience with the Hornady 150fr FMJ-BT

They are a fine bullet for the M1A. I use them with BL-C2 in my Norstinko. I've also used them at the shorter range events at precision matches in my 700 , using Varget. My only complaint with them is , someone should tell them to put the cannelure in the proper place.

"...put the cannelure..." Ignore it.
Any good 150 grain bullet will do for shooting for fun, but the .308 loves 165 grain hunting bullets and 168 or 175 grain match bullets. IMR4064 or Varget and regular large rifle primers.
