Powder coat that bullet. Powder coating adds .002" or so to the diameter. If you're not set up for powder coating, I'm in Sudbury, and can help you with coating. I've had a few 94's with .379- .380" grooves and both would not chamber a .380 bullet.
Both my 38-55's are single shots and have .377" grooves.
I tried some this morning I think Mike gave me some time ago. 265 gr. .375 dia. powder coated & they key hole. I don't have any problems with the soft bullets 250 gr. .379 dia. .
The bullets barn 379dia 249gr. hard cast bullet they all key hold. . My gun is a Win. 94 carbine Man. 1906 . Dominion factory ammo no problem.
My favourite 38-55 mold was an Accurate Molds model 38-270A. This a 265gr gas check bullet. You can order whatever diameter you want it. I sold thousands of these when I was selling cast bullets they were really popular. Accurate Molds usually come about .002" oversize, so if you order a .379" they should size to .380 nicely.
Cheap option is to "beagle" the lee mold with aluminum tape. You can also lap out a lee sizer a little bigger. I'm running about. 378 in mine and I don't think I could chamber anything bigger. I've tried loading a few with an inverted gas check under. That cut my groups considerably.
