Hello there everyone;

I just got some pulled Winchester Silvertip 180gr. .308 bullets, and I was wondering how much exactly they were worth. I've seen some really crazy estimates out there, and I figured I would get a final price check. The bullets are in excellent shape.

New in the US at Cabelas they are $23/50, in Cabelas Canada they are $36/50, I'm sure some CGN dealers can better Cabelas price in Canada. They are made by Nosler.

I thought they discontinued Silvertips ?

I got like 20 150g FP's that I decided not to shoot as they might be a collector item now, lol.

The old Winchester silvertips were discontinued but the new version appears somewhat similar to Nosler ballistic tips.
Pulled is the question. I was given some ballistic tips that had been pulled with a collet of some sort and there was a ring on the ogive. Those were mixed with others that had never been loaded. Once separated and loaded there was little difference in accuracy but the deformed were used for practice.
