Bullet run out

I put all loaded rounds through a Hornady cocentricity guage, I make everything to a tolerence of .002 max runout....can do 50 in 15 minutes or so.

Im convinced that the expander ball caused most of my runout issues.

Now I use a Redding match bushing die and its all 0.002-0.003

In the short term, straighten the bullet up a bit with your fingers. It's not a perfect solution but often you can help more than you are hurting.

In the longer term, figure out what is causing the problem and fix it. The first two places to investigate and try some changes are your seating method and your sizing method (this assumes you're using reasonably decent brass in the first place - if not, also try some better / different brass).

For BR shooting it may well be useful to try to get to .000", I'll defer to the experience and opinions of real BR shooters (such as cycbb486) on this.

For TR shooting I have had very good results with bullets that have .002" or .003" runout.
