Bullet weight for VZ24

So the Czechs switched to the heavy ball in 1934.

I'm not sure about that, according to bren gun story the Czechs maintained a 1billion round reserve of light ball. They discussed changing, but their vz26 and Schwarzlose MGs were unreliable with the heavy ball.

This is always a problem with any milsurp rifle. What bullet weight, design and velocity were these specific sight calibrations intended for?
I believe the VZ.24 ate mostly 198gr ammunition but that does not mean it was the "right" ammunition.
I'm keeping this thread in my favorites...

I`m going to replicate the 198 gr load. With the Sierra 200gr Match king and/or Hornady 195gr SP Interlock.
