I just got a bunch of bullets and when I weighed a couple of different ones I got a weird weight. I weighed 2 different bullets: one was a frontier 9mm 124 gr RN and the other was a BDX 9mm 124gr Rn, each one of the weights was around 148gr. Is this normal? The boxes say 124gr.

X2 Try a different weight bullet, pull one if you have to.

I dont have fluctuations like that, but almost always my bullets weigh less than what the box says.
115gr weighs 112-114.
180gr weighs 179.6

its probably just a manufacturers mistake... but I dont understand how such a heavy bullet would end up in a lighter bullets' box.
Frontier is the stuff from Marstar right?

I was wondering if maybe they were bullets that another reloader had decided he didn't need and had either returned to the store or had sold them himself. That could explain them ending up in an incorrectly labelled box.

I've got several boxes like that myself, fortunately in my case the previous owner marked the boxes with what they now contain.
