Bullets Wont Pull!

We have used M43 bullets in 303 Br before; you do not easily pull them! Bearing in mind the M43 cases get tossed; if you want to save the cases this is likely not the best way.
We just stuck the bullet into the bore of a Clunker 8 x 57 and applied force on the base of the case; couple back 'n forth ( like a joystick ) and the bullet just drops out.
If you were not too zealous this might even let you save the cases.
But you'll need something close to ( slightly larger of course ) .223 to insert the projectile into.

Important to have the handle parallel to the floor (or whatever) when it hits. Ever break concrete with a sledge, if the full face does not hit squarely it will do nothing.

You say you want to keep the powder and bullets.
You aren't worried about the cases?
Place the neck on the anvil of your vice, and lightly tap the neck with a hammer.
Rotate the case, and keep going.
You are peening the brass in the neck, and actually expanding it.
Go gently and there's no reason you couldn't re-use the cases, too.
Or, you could just give it a couple whacks with a chisel, longitudinally along the neck.

Concrete is more than hard enough. And I wouldn't be too worried about the hammer itself, they are made of polycarbonate. Same plastic that's in bullet resistant glass.

Side cutters across top of press firmly sunk into bullet with cartridge in shell holder, unless loosing 20 bullets is a problem.
Yeah, that should allow the bullet to be re-used. All kinds of accuracy, there. OP clearly stated that he wanted to SAVE THE BULLETS AND that he had no press!!
Frick, Read the posts so you can be part of the solution!
Question has been answered several times, now.

I had limited success with my intertia puller until I learned a trick from another member of this site. I am sorry but I can't remember the name or the thread or I would happily give them credit.

Find a rubber mallet. hold it in one hand. In the other hand is the inertia puller. Now whack them together a couple of times. Bingo and pop. Trust me, it works.
