Bulletz blowing up

Seems the quality control for hornady and remington is lacking. We are getting people on the firing line at the local range having a lot of trouble with the 22 long rifle rounds from remington and the 17caliber in hornady. Rims are blowing off. Seems the rush on bullets is causing grief in different ways for shooters .

I shooted tons of Remington Golden HP (from the bucket) not a single failure with my MP22 or MarkII-BTVS last week.
