Not even close to being a bullpup...

Not QUITE a bullpup, but the Browning Buckmark sporter rifle has the magazine in the grip. Thats pretty darn close to a bullpup.

Tangfolio Appeal is the only one I know of off the top of my head.
Due to the way our laws are written there isn't much of an advantage to a rimfire being a bullpup, because we don't have any minimum barrel length requirements so if you want a more compact gun you just buy a shorter barrel from DLASK etc. Most 22lr bullpups I've seen are bullpup stocks you put on a regular rifle (eg 10/22 in a bullpup stock), rather than purpose-built bullpup rifles, and bullpup stocks are prohibited devices in Canada.
Generally speaking you are trading ergonomics (triggers tend to be worse, safeties are often awkward, dealing with a malfunction often harder, etc) for overall length with a bullpup, but without minimum barrel length laws like the US has there is little reason to sacrifice ergos when you can just get a shorter barrel.
Of course there is something to be said about owning one just because you want one. That is a perfectly valid reason to buy a gun IMO. Not a lot of options though.
I’d be so down if a company like IRG brought in the 10/22 bullpup conversion as a completed firearm with an NR FRT. I’d pay a grand for that for sure.
Suther, isn’t there some sort of gray area with slapping a Dlask on a 10/22 since it wasn’t manufactured that way? I seem to remember some discussion.

Bull pup stocks are illegal. Not gonna happen.
If it’s “manufactured as its own firearm” it might. Not trying to encourage anything illegal here. I just want more bullpup in my life. And .22lr is my favorite caliber to shoot.
Own firearm yes. 10/22 or any other manufacture in a chassi system no.
I think hes suggesting if Ruger made a 10/22 bullpup (that is, it was sold from the factory in a bullpup form) it might get the OK here. Considering the Mossberg Blaze can be an AK variant with some different furniture I wouldn't say its impossible... I wouldn't' count on it, but you can't predict wtf the lab will do...
