I believe you might be thinking of the FD-12. However, there are two versions of it out there. The first version had a metal lower, and were listed at about $1100 at the time. The later version that has been selling in the $850 range has a polymer lower.

I don't believe so, at least not yet. As it would be restricted to not more than 5 rounds, I don't believe they are popular here, but it's the only bullpup 12 ga that matched the OP's ask...I thought perhaps this was what he had in mind?
