Anyone spotted anyone in Canada selling Bullpup SKS conversions here north of the 49? I have see a few sites in the US selling them but they won't ship to Canada.

http://sgworks.com/ I want this one.

WTF! I fear to ask why, is it some arbitrary bureaucratic rule or is it a length issue? I noticed other Bullpups are legal so it can't be bullpups themselves.

Being relatively new to the whole gun thing I am finding a lot of discouragements to my gun fantasies...

Goes along the line of : manufactured as bullpup then its allowed, but if you convert to bullpup then its evil, thats how i understand it.

woo another bullpup stock thread. everytime I see one I cringe a little, only because I can't have any of the nice stocks out there.

why doesn't norinco make some flippin' bullpup stock version of their sks and then charge twice or 3 times the price for them.

almost.

If action can be fired out of the stock it is prohibited. If the stock is integral to the function/design of the gun then it's ok. as I understand it.

:)

Sorry guys if I dredged up this topic again, next time I will do a search before starting a new thread...

Kibz, if you are truly lusting over the idea of a bullpup gun check out the Keltec RFB I think it is. .308 Bullpup. I got to try one that a range buddy just bought. An AMAZING rifle.

The price is amazing too but get this. Not only is it a full on proper and importable bullpup but it's NON RESTRICTED TO BOOT! ! ! !

Once you ponder that fact for a moment the cost doesn't seem so bad.
