Bullpup Tanfoglio carbine "Appeal"

Another picture of it.

If it has a normal LOP like other rifles it should be ok for most shooters, the 10/22 dosen't have a adjustable LOP and nobody complains about that.

Although I like the look of it somewhat, I'll pass on it too unless it comes in 9mm, maybe .22mag, maybe.

The LOP on most rifles is too long. Fortunately, you can shorten the stock on a conventional rifle or replace it with an adjustable one. With this design I doubt there is any room for LOP adjustment and aftermarket will be a bust. Still a poorly designed POS.

Its not the looks that are the concern. Its the horrible offset that is the concern, and the inability to adjust the LOP to the user. Nothing new, nothing special. Pass...

Look harder... I also don't think offset is a big deal in a rifle with a max 200M range...

I would need to handle one to make a call on anything but I think I would like to chop that top piece off. It would look much cleaner for me and nicer for an optic mount. Hmmmmm That in .45 or 10mm would knock my socks off with glock mags.

Short ranges are where offset between the line of sight and bore is a big deal, especially in a .22 rimfire, which is mainly used for short range shooting. The higher offset will actually make the mid-range trajectory seem flatter, at the expense of shooting very low at close ranges before the bullet crosses the line of sight for the first time.

Is it just me, or does this already look like a rifle that was deemed prohibited? I won't say which one, because there's no reason to make the RCMPs job easier.

Not sure what the hell I was thinking. I'll blame beer.

The spacers will give you what, maybe 1.5 inches of adjustment? As posted before, offset is an issue at short ranges, which the rimfire is primarily used for. Offset on any rifle is a concern, learning to hold over is easier than learning to hold under, especially with optics.
