Its been a few years since I've had a 9mm but I did use some loads with Bullseye. In my old 1st edition Lyman Handbook of Cast Bullets there are some loads listed using Bullseye with a couple of 125gr cast bullets. In the latest 3rd edition of the same book they have some Bullseye loads listed using a 92gr, 115gr & 121gr cast bullets. Last but not least, in the Lyman 48th edition Reloading Handbook they have loads listed using Bullseye for the following cast bullets, 90gr, two 120gr, 125gr & 147gr. If you're stuck for some load info, send me a PM with your e-mail address and I'll scan the info I have and send it along.Hi there,
I have a good supply of bullseye powder for 45 auto loads...
just wondering if this Powder is any good for 9 mm Luger...
if yes, do you have recipes to share for different bullets weights...
Thanks
I bought some HS6 but have not had the opportunity to use it. So there is a noticeable difference? Or just with heavier bullets? It will work - I used to use it for the 9mm, but I found it to be too snappy with the recoil.
I use 147gr bullets and HS6 and Unique.
