I just put one on a pistol I have and fired it for the first time tonight at the local indoor range.First impression was ...it's just ok.I found the Dot looked like three little dots stuck together pretty near horizontally.I did like the set up so you could tell how many clicks you was moving it.Not as good as actual clicks though.Overall id say it was just ok.Don't know if it was worth 350$ or not.Whats everone else think of them?

Do you happen to have a slight bit of astigmatism? I never knew I did until I started using RDS optics and the single dot was more like a small cluster. I thought my optic was busted but my friends said it looked find to them. Did some googling and found out it was astigmatism. I never had this problem when I was younger, only in the last three years it started happening. Some RDS I'm told look worse than others.
Actually Yes I do!I have glasses for it.Never thought of that.
I run a Fastfire II on my Benelli Super Nova Tactical and it has performed well. The adustment is finicky like the op had mentioned.

I had one on my FNX 45 tac and it did the trick for me, only down side is you have to take it off to make adjustments which I didn't like so I guess that how I justified upgrading to the doctor.
Had a 2 then sold it for a 3 since I thought it was stupid you have to take it off to change the battery and the 3 you don't. Next time I would a buy a delta point instead they seem really great from what I seen.
