Hi all - I have a Burris Fullfield II (made in Phillipines) that I bought before target turrets were introduced on their newer models. Wondering if anyone has tried to adjust the elevation/windage for these so-called hunting turrets in the field for long range shots? Did the scope adjust in 1/4 MOA increments and return to zero?

I have the BDC reticle and have used it for holdover shots on varmints, works great. The 1/4 MOA turret marks are a bit of a PITA as there is no reference numbers. I know Burris will retrofit to target turrets for $80 but I believe the retrofitted turret is in MIL vs. MOA - I think in MOA so don't want to recompute! Thanks for any feedback.

Ive owned a fullfield 2 for ten years on my 7mm but have never had to bugger with it. just recently switched it over to a cz 527 in .223. Once Ive got it zeroed I will try it out and get back to you. really love the scope though never a issue in ten years of mountain hunting

Good to hear - I've had one for about 5 years, holds zero well. Recently traded for another and they're both set on varmint calibers, 22-250 and 6mm. Let me know how you make out - the owners manual describes the FFII turret as "hunting/competition"so I would think repeatability is ok but haven't been able to get out and try.
