While hunting this fall I dropped my .303 rifle on it's scope!. The scope tube was bent! The scope was a basic 3x9x40 FFII. I sent it to Burris with an explanation and admission that it was 100 % my fault to see if they could fix it at a reasonable cost to me. Today, to my surprise, I received a brand new replacement scope for free!. Burris even paid the shipping! I didn't even had provided Burris with a proof of purchase (receipt, warranty card....)
All I have to say is when I buy my next scope, it will be a Burris....
