was thinking of getting a bushnell holosight but then found this. it would be good for me because i could mount the scope on my 870 without having to remove this, i think?

anyone used one? durable? worth the money?
 
Be CAREFUL. The sight will fit the picitinny mount but not a weaver mount like it says. The screw thast tightens it on is to big. I saw a fix it to get a screw from a regular weaver mount and use it. I found this out the hard way!
 
Hmmm, now which one are we talking about? the one that goes on top on a rail, or the one that installs between the stock and the receiver? (You have to remove the stock to install the latter type).

i am talking about the speed bead. burris also makes a speed dot. the speed bead is more like a bushnell holosight and the speed dot is like a bushnell red dot scope.

they are smaller and cheaper than holosights. ill buy myself one for christmas and post a report i guess.

are these somewhat new which is why nobody has posted any reports here?
