I was thinking of a cheap red dot (already have an Eotech on a M14 project) for an SKS or VZ858. I waas considering a Burris XTX Extreme Tactical. My friend called me today and said several months ago he examinted both side by side, and he thought they were the exact same items under different labels. So I searched the net and they sure do look exactly alike - but priced different:

I found this interesting. If they are the same I would suspect the red dot is also within Chinese tolerance of 3-5MOA for both - there probably would be zero difference between the two - except for advertising differences.
What do you guys think?
