OK so I've been doing alot of reading on the ACR vs SCAR and the ACR seems to have quite a bit of innovation built in. These are really going to be a Canadian hunters/shooters wet dream.
First off, since the exports prolly wont allow the collapsible stocks, will you be able to export them separately as a part? IMO the collapsible stock is make it or break it for me.
Second, The ACR has quite the innovative quick change barrel system. What lengths of barrels are the dealers going to be able to bring in from bushmaster? Also are some of you dealers going to be making an 18.6 length for NR status? and if so will it still have the quick change feature?
Third, is the quick change feature still possible for NR status, or will the powers that be make it R because of the option to go from shorty to long?
Also can we talk time line here. I read both the other threads on these rifles and theres no time line mentioned for the ACR.
Thanks
