Easier said than done. Done forget that you have to cannibalize the factory barrel for the gas piston and release assemblies.

A friend of mine is getting his R-PAL soon and wants to get the enhanced restricted version sometime 3-4 months down the road for sufficient funds. I know that you won't have them in stock for that long but can these be ordered through you...wait time for him won't be an issue.

Also, can the shortest barrel for this rifle be purchased through you as well?

You're right if you're building a barrel, or having someone make one for you.

Hopefully, Bushmaster/Freedom Group will get their "rear in gear" and start work on the complete (slip in or out) assemblies, as they apparently have a 18.5" one in the works. Looks like it might be a ways down the road though
