Bushmaster ACR - optics?

Hi just wondering, cause i have no idea, what kind of optics should i put on my NR ACR? willing to spend money ($1000). use for target shooting, probably close to mid range? maybe a little coyote hunting.

You probably want to go for an ACOG or a Spectre DR. Those are out of your stated price range, but you do have a 3000 dollar rifle so you may as well put some quality optics on there. Or, you could get an Eotech with a magnifier, used of course because new will put you over the limit. The cheapest scope I've purchased that I'll put on my ACR is the Leupold VX Patrol which is 1.5-4x variable scope, which I think is about 7-800.

Acog it'll be for me.

SpecterDR are very nice as well, but it's the extra $500 that I couldn't justify for myself.

I run a specter dr on my rfb, but for my ACR I threw a leupold mark IV 3-9x TMR for gophers. Works great for that

I threw a TA31RMR Acog onto mine

If I could get my grubby little hands on an nr ACR I would mount something like leupolds new 1-6.5 multigun scope or a sightron 1-7.

I have a Bushnell 1-6.5 elite tactical mounted on my XCR-L. It has good glass and has two reticles available in both FFP and SFP.

I've got a leupold mk4 1.5 to 5 on mine... works great!
