I've been reading the reviews online and they seem pretty good. The cheapest one I found was in the sates for $215 USD. So $195 Canadian plus free shipping is a steel.
I think that's the same model I have. Bought mine two years ago for $275 on no-tax day from leBaron. Damn, $199. and free shipping, not bad!
It's pretty decent. I can see my bullet holes at 200yrds easily. The tripod is bleh. Been trying to find a mini tripod to replace it.
