Im having a hard time trying to decide on what to put on my A7 22-250. I want the 3200 because its in my price range but I dont know if getting the 50 is worth it. Its the same price as the 40 but then i gotta buy taller rings and scope will sit higher too. What should I do?????

I have a Bushnell 3200 5-15X40 MD and a Vortex Crossfire 6-24X50 MD. I prefer the cheaper Vortex over the Elite. The Elite has a more solid feeling clicks and uncapped turrets which I like, but the Vortex is soo much clearer and brighter, and has a much finer crosshair for varminting and target work. Tracking and repeatability has been spot on. The price difference would easily make up for a new set of rings. Just my $.02

go with the 5-15x40mm 3200 and stay with medium rings, great scope, I have the tactical 3200 on my .22-250....probably my favourite scope

I have had both mounted on my win stealth for varmint and target, the 40mm is much more versatile and repeatable in my opinion. but i do find it's sun shade a little long and will cut it down to around 3 inches.
