Anyone familiar with a Bushnell 5-15x40 AO with mildot and target turrets? I was looking at one at Cabellas. Thinking it might be a nice scope for my AR-15. Anyone have one of these? They go for around $450.
 
I have 3 and love all of them...but I have a Falcon Menace 4-14 mounted on my .308 and its cheaper, and superior glass in my eyes...

I run the 3200s on 2 10/22s and one on a rem 700 .204..... never had a problem.
 
That is my favourite scope, use it on my .22-250. Have only used it for one season, but have nailed more Jack rabbits this season than ever before.

Solid construction, dependable turrets, good glass, rain coat and a nice bright mildot reticle.

I got mine for $350. $450 would be slightly overpriced, shop around and try to find one for under $380 if possible.

One thing to look at is the weight of the scope, it isn't going to be an extremely light scope.

Have one on my xcr .223 and love it . have see though rings so took almost all my elevation to zero it at 50 yrds u might want to get shorter rings
 
I wish I could find a better price. I see it at Cabellas and at WSS sports, both around the same price of $440-450. Also, some of our sponsors have it for the same price. Seems most stuff took a real price leap last year. If I could get one for $350 or so, I'd snap it up. Maybe the Falcon Menace is the way to go. Side parallax adjust is a lot more convenient.
 
i had one but didnt care for it . i found it didnt track very well when i was out to 700 m . i am usin mark 4 tmr's on all my stuff now and will never look back
