Bushnell 3200 opinions

Purchased a 3200 3x9 with boone and crocket reticle last year,
works fine on my 300WSM. Clear, bright in low light, holds the zero under recoil, lots of eye relief. Good hunting scope for big critters out to 400 yds.

I just bought a Bushnell Elite 3200 3-9x50mm and boy am I impressed. I read all the reviews (most were excellent, some complained about the size...3 inches longer) But the 50mm objective is the way to go. The scope is crystal clear as are all the 3200's but because of the objective size you can see almost as clear at night as you can in the day. The light intake is HUGE... low light conditions are like bright days with other scopes.

I totally recommend a 3-9x50mm.

I have a 3X9 40 mm. Perfect scope for all my needs. It gathers more than enough light to shoot until legal time is over. Optics are very clear an I find it very easy and fast to aquire a sight picture as compared to other scope I have tried.

My friend has a Bushnell 3200 5-15X50mm, with standard duplex reticle.

Very clear optics, im sure a 3-9 power would be more than sufficient.

I would aslso recommend a 50mm objective though, its just so much brighter, if your shooting on a cloudy day, or its dark out sooner, the extra light collection will do wonders for spotting stuff!

i'm trying 3200's for the first time. just mounted a 3x9 balistic retical on one and a 2x7 on the other. to me they seem about par with the vx1's i have but time will tell if they stand up as well as the leups.

I have a Elite 3200 3-12X40 AO mount on my Air Arms .22 cal. pellet gun. I have shot about 1500 rounds already and never have to re sight my scope because of recoil. So they are quite durable.:D

3-9x50 Bargain

Well if a 3-9x50 is what you are looking for P&D in Edmonton has the scope for you. The are clearing out the Browning line of scopes that were made by Bushnell, which by most accounts are very comparable to the 3200 series. I think they are priced at $225.00 and theres less than 10 pieces left. FS

I have a 3200 3X9 on the 338 mag. works very well, and am impressed with the rainguard feature. I believe Bushnell will be giving Leupold a good run for their money, with the Elite series 3200, 4200 and now 6500. An equal or better quality scope, for less money. IMO

I thought I'd try a 3200 , 3-9x40 on a 6.5x55 .
Nice scope , works great .
The bullet goes where the cross is pointed every time , what more can you ask ?

I like all of the 3200 and 4200 series.

I have a 3-9X40 firefly (don't like the reticle but scope is good)
I also have a 2.5-10X40 (4200) great sope and a 5-15X50 a great varmint scope and can be used the very last second of legal light. I also have a 1.5-4.5X32 but no gun to mount it on.

3200

I've had a 3200 3X9-40 on my 7m/m Rem mag last two years and very happy with it. Crystal clear optics and the "Rain guard" really seems to work. Have 2 Leupold VariX-III's on other rifles and find the 3200 just as clear. Keep in mind, the 3200 with 50 mil objective is much larger than the 3X9-40 version. The 50 will gather more light but is heavier/larger if that matters.
Love my Leupolds but the 3200's are great value I think.

Cheers
Geoff

I can highly recommend the 3x9x40 elite 3200 after owning two of them.A few friends also use them. All are mounted on 7mmrem,mags,a 338win mag,and a muzzle loader, and eye relief hasn't been an issue.

got anything of little value, I will trade you mine for something. 3-9x40 rainguard, used but I have the box still for shipping, big surprise but I am going with a Leupold on my hunting rifles across the board.
