The distributor is rushing us another 30 of these as we expect to burn through them in the next week. The rebate is good as long as you have it sent in by April 15th. Your order has to be placed no later than Friday March 30th.

This is actually false.... I called the number listed on the rebate and ask them to explain What do they mean by "received no later than 4/15/18" and I was told that they (rebate processing center) have to receive the whole rebate application before 4/15/18.... Not post mark it by that date.

I don't think the under line at the end there is for you to put a check mark in. It's for your initials.


The (initials) is to let you know you need to write your initials above that underline

I just called the 1-877 number and asked about not putting initials and the lady on the phone told me she's not even looking at that spot. As long as you have the upcs, receipts, etc it should be fine. YMMV

Well that’s a relief cause I cannot remember if I checked that spot off either. Wait and pray now lol
