has anyone tried this glass on their rifle and if so how did you like it? it seems to split the difference between a scope and a red dot optic. does it work or does it fail, accomplishing neither task very well? does anyone know where I can purchase one? here is a link for what I am referring to:

I had the bushnell AR.223 a few months ago. Not the the throw down pcl but just the basic BDC model. Glass was decent for the price point. Clicks felt positive and the zoom ring very smooth. Definetly a contender in the low-mid range 1-4x market. I preferred the reticle to the Hilux CMR

I find those style of 30mm scopes just too big and heavy for an M4 or cqb rifle...maybe on a DMR or something they would make more sense.
