Worth buying or junk?

Looking at purchasing on for my CZ Varmit 17 HMR. Will be used primarily for shooting gophers at 100 plus yards.

Thoughts?

The banner line are decent econo scopes and it's not like the HMR will stress it all that much. I personally preffered the 6-18 over the 6-24 because the cross hairs on the 6-24 were too thick for my liking.

They're fine. At medium powers and sub 200-yard ranges, they're perfectly suitable. For resolving fine details at further ranges, you want better glass. And, if you intend to use full 24x power frequently, you'll find them a bit dim

Thanks guys. I have two 6-18X50 already, but was looking for something a bit smaller for my Cz 17. Will keep looking.

I have one on my SAv Mod 12 FV in 223 and I have not had any problems with it in the 2 yrs it has been on my gun.

I shot a 10/22 with this scope a week or so, I was impressed.

The mil-dot is handy when you stretch the range a bit....
